All this talk of sacrifice is making me crazy. What sacrifice? According to all Christians I've spoken to, the Jesus-character isn't dead. That means he did not sacrifice his life. Instead he supposedly ascended to heaven to be Master of the Universe. That's the Deal of the Millennium, not a sacrifice! He gave up nothing and gained everything. There was no sacrifice.
Sheesh.
The Judas character made the sacrifice. He supposedly traded his position in heaven so that the Christians could have their salvation. Now there's a sacrifice!
That said, Christians believe that Jesus's sacrifice was a sacrifice, and have a cross to prove it, and so Christians clearly wallow in human sacrifice while claiming they don't.
