Even if he did shutter the EPA, which I think is actually in a president's power to do since the EPA was created via executive order & not legislation, you'd just have a state equivalent opening up for each state in the USA. By doing so you just make it easier for localized regulatory capture to occur.
And there is really no need to get upset, I almost want him to win the presidency to see what kind of chaos ensues. The sad fact is you cannot trust a powerful "true-believer" Christian to do the right thing when their Bible is telling them to do the wrong thing.
