Well, I believe that is a common problem, and is probably a huge factor in why religion is so big. The analytical part of the mind can't overrule the emotional part of the mind. Just keep reminding yourself that religious beliefs shouldn't be based on what you feel, but what you feel can be proven. Or maybe you just need to not think about it so much. Is it really that important to pin down your beliefs in such a manner?
