Vietnamese eat dog and cats, western thinks thats aweful, vietnamese dont think so... my point is , humans judge things differently basesd on ther respective culture and upbringing.

So there is no universal standard for any murderer to deserve what sort of punishment.

And apparently every surviving culture thinks that murder should be punished with life-sentence or death. I'm okay with that.

Unless ofcourse, the culture happens to be Islamic and murder is justified as "honor-killing."

God must exit for for ay judgement to be universal.

I agree. Unless god exits the picture, any judgement would just his subjective opinion.
