Supreme Court to decide if corporations can be sued for human rights abuses

Watch how quick they claim that corporations arent people, and therefore are immune to being charged with human rights abuses.

Attorneys for corporations argue that only individuals, such as company employees or managers involved in the abuse, can be sued, a position adopted by a U.S. appeals court in New York. Other courts ruled corporations can be held liable.

Just watch...corporations will be given extra special "people" priveledges...ones in which they gain all of the good stuff, and none of the bad stuff.

Corporations are people, but will the be held as responsible?

in a 5-4 ruling, SCOTUS will state that for political power and speech and rights, corporations are people. For responsibilities of actions or morality, no, they are not people. Really, it's not hard for the 5 conservatives to be disingenuous and speak out of both sides of their ass. They voided the constitution and appointed a President, this is a cake walk ideologically. Corporations get the benefits of citizenship without all that responsibility crap attached

We no longer have a respresentative democracy. it is now officially an oligarcy of corporations. how can my single vote mean ANYTHING compared to the koch brothers MILLIONS poured out to buy politicians? Neither Democrat nor Republicans are doing anything to stop it...so why the F should i even vote?
