Actually. However,the US supreme court declared a corporation is legally a person in the late nineteenth century. This means especially that a corporation can own property,buy and sell in its own right AND be taxed in a special,preferential manner.In Practice, corporations are also used to hide wealth and avoid personal tax.
I also think nil-liability companies are immoral,no matter how practical [for the companies]
