Remember criminal liability is different. When corporations break the law - which they do with impunity in the US - the officers of the corporation can be charged not the corporation itself. The corporation can be fined but the officers who steal millions get to go to a country club "prison" and play golf while a guy who steals 50 bucks from a gas station gets 30 years in a real prison getting it up the ass every night.
I find myself agreeing with divi Tiberio that they should not be considered persons in any sense. Of course, the SC is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of these corporate cocksuckers so I suspect that both of us shall continue to be disappointed.
