This one is not a criminal, this one is just doing nonsensial things.
He could have pushed her off somewhere else, probably, and he didn't even wait for the train to arrive either, as it seems.
And I agree, there are a lot of defective genes out there, but people just don't like it when you point them out.

You fucking kidding? The guy pushed an innocent women onto tube tracks. It's a rather nasty fall, especially with two solid rails to land on. He assaulted her, if she smacked her head causing brain damage or broke her neck, you're looking at murder.
He's no criminal? He's a fucking psycho!

Pushing people onto train tracks is considered a very sick thing to do.

Well, that's it. He's a psycho.
I think we can all agree that we can only guess what went through his mind when he tried to throw her.
This man probably has some sort of a mental illness, or is under serious drugs.
One can only guess. Saying, this assault has no set motive we can set a starting point to.
