Well a divorce would be moot as it is not a legal thing anymore. They would essentially just split up.
Nothing would be legally binding if they were married hence less issues to deal with.
2 people can decide for themselves if they want to share property when deciding this "marriage". I lived with a girl for years, and we decided to end it and just split up the stuff and went our ways. What makes someone married? The piece of paper? We didn't deal with courts or anything like that, we didn't buy things with shared names, or have joint accounts. No need to really. I know lots of "couples" who live this way. The legal aspect of marriage IMO is detrimental.
Children are another issue, that is difficult. Don't have kids if you can't be with someone 20 years, be responsible, people have lost the ability to be responsible for themselves.
Divorce rates shouldn't be at 50% or more, what caused that anyways? I think stupid people who can't keep their dicks soft or pussy's closed. If you are going to get "married" and have kids, grow the fuck up first.
