You'd rather I speak on my own authority on such matters? It seems better to appeal to higher authority with this one, rather than arrogantly making personal assertions, no?
First you would have to demonstrate that such an authority even exists before anyone can be expected to consider anything said in its name. It's something which has been likened to discussions of the social structure of the Yeti. You could write whole books on the subject and go into incredibly anal detail, but until the creatures' existence is demonstrated it's nothing but fanwank. Personal assertions are perfectly fine, provided they can be be independently verified and/or are accompanied by evidence that can be thusly verified; all subject to ECREE, of course.

Ah. Well if that is the case he has nothing to say that I need to hear and so he can be safely ignored. I can go to the Skeptic's Annotated Bible for all that stuff.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
