For thousands of years of human history it had been apparent there is a God. It is up to atheists to prove that billions of people's presuppositions have been wrong.

Exactly. If lots of people believe it, it must be true by the principle of argumentum ad popularum. I don't know what that means but it sounds like Latin so it must be true. Checkmate atheists!

That means providing evidence for how life originated. Occam's Razor says if the earth looks designed it probably is, so it is up to naysayers to prove otherwise.

I say the same thing when I look up at a cloud and see a ship or a bunny rabbit or some other identifiable shape. The Lord must be shaping the cloud for it to look like that. You don't think it's just me seeing patterns in random formations and being influenced by confirmation bias do you? Checkmate atheists!

Not seeing God does not mean He does not exist--it just means the assumed naturalistic point of view has not been validated.

You assume natural things are all that exist and ask for natural proof of God. Christians feel that they could not contemplate spiritual things unless spiritual things did in fact exist.
