The article also explains how people who are less educated and underprivileged can be cognitively impaired when interacting with the better educated and priviledged. Do you think you should avoid them, too?

Lots of things cause temporary cognitive impairment. We can take them into account and learn to cope, or hide from them. Judging from your posts, Islam causes worse cognitive impairment, and it seems to be long-term.

No. Healthy interactions with the opposite sex are worth a little transitory cognitive impairment. The logical conclusion of your argument is that men and women shouldn't get married and invite daily cognitive impairement. And that idea is definitely a sign of cognitive impairment.

Cognitively smarter as opposed to what other kind of smarter? No, the article doesn't prove that. Sadly, Muslims (and most other theists) have reduced one source of cognitive impairment at the expense of adding a number of others. Maybe I'm not at my best, cognitively, when I think a woman is evaluating what I do; but I'm sure the cognitive interference would be even worse if I think Allah is evaluating what I do. Think about it.
