Prosecuted?
Not here, indeedly doodly not, poof bashing was national sport, with the occasional fatality8.Such as the time the police threw that senior university lecturer in the river.(he drowned) Shortly after that we got a gay Premier(like a US governor) and became the first state to legalise homosexual acts between consenting adults. The next year,my parent's parish priest was caught in flagrante with another man,in a park.
My 14 year old sister, all innocent asked "What were they DOING dad?"
Dad replied;"Whatever it is homosexuals do,I guess"

Quite right. As well as the immediate question; how the fuck do they know? What did they do,ask? Yeah right. My government department had over two thousand employees. There were TWO openly gay people in middle management. NONE in senior positions. That says a lot about Australian homophobia, but nothing much at all about homosexuality in the civil service.
Priests are sexually deprived. The human species needs sex. It's not healthy or normal to suggest that an adult male or female go without sexual affection. We need emotional love from another being but we also need sex. I believe that Priests are getting with men and little boys because they are easier targets and it's easier to keep a secret. The reality is the man that Priest was with probably doesn't want anyone to know that he's also gay or bi. A woman will likely get pissed off at the Priest for something and then would run their mouth and get him kicked out of the Church. We all know how women do when we get mad! lol. We take whatever dirt we have on the person who is pissing us off and do whatever damage we can do. I believe they target little boys because they are around them more often than other gay men or women. It's not like nuns are going to give them any. It's very sad.
