No denominations are doing God's work. Bold statement, but true. Why? Because they listen to Pastor as a man of authority to tell them everything. I made this mistake of trusting my Pastor for everything. You need to do your own research and read the Bible yourself to know you are doing God's work; don't let someone else read the Bible to you.
