Epic fail. So, You imagine that a certain portion of gods commands were overarching and in service of this you offer us the celestial etch-a-sketch episode?
Many could do wrong. If you turned the cheek the world would be full of bullies. If you gave the cloak it would be full of users, if you loved your enemies -you would be dead-, If you did not judge then all of the above would be rampant But lets test this idea.
Did your god turn the cheek? No, he did not.
Will he give the cloak? No, he will not, in fact, he rather prefers curses over cloaks.
Does he love his enemies? A strong and resounding no.
Does he withhold judgement? Correct me if I'm wrong here, but that is all he does day in and day out every single day since the first man died...correct?
So, firstly, we have a shitty code of morality that one must apply further modication too, modification not suggested or commaned in your scriptures called common fucking sense. You have to already have a decent sort of moral code before these little bits of drivel can even begin to enrich it (or just as easily degrade it). Secondly we have a "do as I say not as I do" god.
Garbage on both counts. You want to know what the world would be like if everybody signed onboard with christendom? Pick up a history book. Been there, done that.

I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
