I voted for all of them, since most systems of governance have a time and a place, and there is no utopian ideal for governance, and certainly no "right" way to do it, since it depends largely on the current state of society.
I actually can't imagine fascism ever being an acceptable mode of government but that is based on my subjective perspective. However, out of all of them, its definitely the hardest one to imagine ever being correct for any time and place.
