However, I have never seen an argument that tries to explain why god doesn't interfere to stop "natural evil" occurring, such as someone falling off a cliff, or drowning, or even dieing from illnesses. Any of our resident theists care to try and explain?
Death may seem evil, but it's not, even if the death was caused by evil means, death is a natural occurrence in life and all will experience it. It would be better if all died peaceably in their sleep at an old age, but that would cause problems, such as over population, hunger and ect., then It would create a problem for you, why does this happen, car wrecks no one dies, people fall off cliffs no one dies, no one dies of illnesses and ect.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
