Democratic Socialism, in my opinion, is the best form of government.
Also you mention liberalism and conservatism in reference to US politics, but in the rest of the world, it is usually the other way around...then again they have many more parties that don't attempt to group conflicting ideologies together. Edit. oops forgot, now I remember the reason, the racist South switched to the GOP...yeah that explains the discrepancy why there are conservative elements in both parties.
