The baby feeling no pain is a consolation, but it doesn't change the fact that he was exploited and used for financial gain. How the mother could smile like that during that time... it just seems really fucked up to me. That's what killed me the most.

"I just had a baby with a NTD, who will die in a few hours.... CHEESE!"
