Curious...
It really doesn't matter how modern apologists spin it, there is still a complete lack of contemporaneous accounts of Jesus.
Here's a question for you.
According to the Bible, at the time of he Crucifixion, the sun went black for 3 hours.
Why was this terrorizing event not recorded by a single other culture in the eastern hemisphere?
And the zombies... don't forget the zombies! After all, "they went into the holy city and appeared to many people" but conveniently no-one thought it worth writing about.
It's like all the believers who witnessed the ascension, either about a hundred and twenty of over five hundred depending on whether you go with Luke or Paul. No indication of who they are, just background characters, just a number plucked from the air (and I'm being polite here) to add some sort of weight to the tale: "I saw an alien spaceship! I didn't get a photo, but there were, like, hundreds of people who saw it too! It can't be a coincidence and they can't all be lying!"
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
