No one is suggesting you blindly refute anything. Rather,it is being suggested you demand actual proof.So far there is none. Many scholar today believe it is most likely Abraham is myth,like most of the Torah.
A skeptic and agnostic atheist, I make no truth claims about religious beliefs. I simply assert "I do not believe due to the lack of credible evidence."
PS; The word 'pagan' is from the Latin 'paganus' and simply means country dweller/rustic. (a bit like calling somebody a bumpkin or a redneck). The correct term for Sumerian religions is 'polytheist'
