Your decision is your own, if you feel like it, go ahead and interact with people offline, its all about balance between the online/offline world. As to anxiety talking offline, every one of us is different, so whatever the trigger for that anxiety is, can be best found by a trained technician, if the anxiety is that strong.

Anyway, we await your return into the fold, once you tasted the dark side, you can never stay away, MUWAHAHAHAHAH! Smile
