Secondly, you're the one who started the OP. You're the one who clearly has a beef. Ergo, you're the one that needs to present his case. NOT the other way around.
Thirdly, the Bible clearly does indeed mention Hell. It may be called by the lake of fire or Sheol, or the Pit, or Hades or any number of things other than hell, but the basic premise of eternal torment/damnation is definitely in there.
Matthew 10:28
Matthew 5:22
Matthew 13:50
Mark 9:48
Luke 16:19-26
Revelation 14:10-11
Revelation 20:14-15
Hell is mentioned dozens and dozens of times in the bible and you sir are considered a heretic and a false prophet by all those other "TRUE CHRISTIANS" who read and understand god's word. The point is, have this debate with a christian not a bunch of non-believers who couldn't give two shits about it.
LOL!
Obviously you do give two shits about it.
1st, "Hell" was translated dozens and dozens of times from various other words from other languages. Hell was NEVER in any original scriptures.
2nd, "eternal" was also translated from another language. So even if hell were real, it surely never stated eternal torment.
C'mon ppl, learn to think for yourselves and stop believing everything ppl tell you.
