An oven-cooked salmon filet smothered in butter and sprinkled with garlic. A ribeye steak, peppered, garlic'd, and salted sparingly, and then rubbed with olive oil, seared on the stove and then cooked in the oven to a perfect medium-rare state. A whole thanksgiving-dinner turkey, cooked to moist-and-tender perfection, with home-made giblet gravy and homemade mashed potatoes...
