Quote:On Sunday, Twede says his bishop, stake president, and two church executives brought him into Florida Mormon church offices in Orlando and interrogated him for nearly an hour about his writings, telling him, "Cease and desist, Brother Twede."
Mormon leaders have scheduled an excommunication "for apostasy" on Sept. 30
About the only thing that could save him is the election as these shitheads will not want to look like the cult-ridden scumbags they are until after the election.
Even the election won't save him. They claim they give him a chance to defend himself but the reality is, they've already decided they're going to excommunicate him and the hearing is just for show.
However, there is one saving grace: they don't want to contradict themselves and they recently told their leadership that they need to be careful to keep religion out of politics.

If they want to get upset at him for criticizing Romney, it's hard to see how they're not keeping religion out of politics. If they're going to drum him out for talking publicly about Mormon topics that they aren't supposed to talk about in public, it doesn't have anything to do with politics and they're good. Me, I think they'll say they're excommunicating him for telling church secrets but they want to kick him out for questioning Romney.
