Do I tend to be irrational and desperate in my disdain for religion Polaris? I didn't realize, perhaps you could point to where that occurs?
Here, I'll give you an easy one, that's close to home. I think that christianity is an expression of scapegoating, gullibility, and servility. None of these qualities are what I would consider beneficial to an individual or a society. I may be wrong. Irrational? Desperate? Educate me.
I think that christianity is completely and utterly useless to anyone except despots and charlatans. It brings nothing to the table, and we would lose nothing by ditching it (except the above scapegoating...gullibility, and servility...at least in those instances).
