It's used for removal of fibroids in some cases of PCOS, as well as miscarriage aftercare. Both of which are perfectly cromulent things for a women's clinic to be doing IMHO.

While it's a thankfully small selection set, I've never met anyone from that state that I would trust with small children or fireworks. Just saying.
