3. If you've got a business – you didn't build that. - small businesses. Three topics in one paragraph. And I'm not the one being obtuse - I'm reading his words: If you've got a business – you didn't build that. You're the one using an oracle to try to spin it to mean something else.

I did not offer anything like "all the economists say". I said that I've not seen a credible source who supports your assertion that raising taxes during a weak economy is a good idea. You're welcome to provide a source. Since you care about evidence I'm sure you have one.
