Umm...no he didn't. He did not not call the Benghazi attack a planned terrorist attack carried out by terrorists...Susan Rice appeared on five Sunday news shows, five days after the Benghazi 911 terrorist attack, saying that it was not premediated but was a violent response to a you tube video...
“Our current best assessment, based on the information that we have at present, is that, in fact, what this began as, it was a spontaneous – not a premeditated – response to what had transpired in Cairo,”.....
“In Cairo, as you know, a few hours earlier, there was a violent protest that was undertaken in reaction to this very offensive video that was disseminated,”

President Obama spoke at the UN afterward and continued blaming a you tube video, dismissing a terrorist attack until some weeks later....no. they called it a spontaneous, non-premeditated attack in response to a video that disrespected mohammed....even after it was known to be a planned terrorist attack.
