A catalyst is something that speeds up a given reaction.
For example, all Diesel powered cars are required to have a catalyst which breaks up the harmful particles that these engines throw out, in an attempt to keep the air clean(er).... or speeds up the process of breaking htem up enough for them to exit out the tail pipe in a non-toxic form.

The catalyst or DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) contains about 30% urea or (most commonly "cow pee") that needs to be injected in a 're-gen or burn cycle. this is where baffels in the exhaust system close to capture as much heat as possiable to break down the The toxic Nitrogen oxcides into none toxic componets. My hate in this illustration is the is the toxic Nitrogen Oxcides in the diesel exhaust. God or rather My love for Him is the catalyst that breaks down the hate i had.
