Oh, but it does support the facts. First century Christians claimed that Christ was alive after his burial and that the tomb was empty. If we find the tomb, and it's empty this claim would be supported on a high level (which already is) It won't prove it it just will support the claims of the first century Christians. That's hard to refute.
Um, no, it only support the part where it says "and that the tomb was empty". It doesn't provide a high level of evidence, nay, any evidence that he was ressurected.
