Was speaking to beloved daughter last night regarding Finland and Helsinki (during her grand sneer of europe). She is under the impression that there are very few immigrants there

As for cold... well Perth Western Australia IS touted as being the sunniest place in Australia, and it IS a bit unusual to be wearing Ugg Boots and fur jacket in November/ December here
Somehow wouldn't mind experiencing 6 months of snow and -17 degrees C at least once in my life; better than intense heat
