exactly. Because that information is private, and no matter how it could be aquired it shouldn`t be published.

I am first off disgusted by this subject because the medical condition of an individual is that individuals buisness and not in public interest. And if that information should ever be published - then it should be with her concent.

Only because I want a word in determining who can have an insight into my medical record this does not mean that I am a fashist.

Libertees have their limits. I do not have the liberty to publish private information of Individuals without their concent.

Especialy not information which could be damaging to their image or health.
