Isaiah 45:7
New International Version (NIV)
7 I form the light and create darkness,
I bring prosperity and create disaster;
I, the Lord, do all these things.

Regardless, to the original point; Satan decieved Adam and Eve, so either god created evil in Satan, or Satan created it and imparted it into humans. Of course, god is omnipotent, so if he knew Satan would create evil but he created him anyway, does that count as creating evil? I think a much better way of looking at it would be 'sin'. Satan caused Adam and Eve to create sin, but I don't think 'sin' is a good way to judge right from wrong, considering slavery is okay, among a number of other things.
