Well than I guess we can all be thankful that the Bible is fictional.
according to dewy and his decimal system, all religious books have their own classification. They are neither to be considered Fiction nor Non-fiction.
Sorey cinny.

Or so said the English, according to their actions against england and against the king. terrorism is a word mention to invoke an emotional response one that insists people check their objectivity at the door. It is also a word that force one to choose sides without seeking any further understanding or detail. If you insist on using that word then i am sure the founding fathers of this nation would be glad to welcome Jesus Christ into their "terrorist organization."
According to my ethics class, there are four things required to be classified as a terrorist:
1) You must be performing violent actions.
2) The actions are committed in order to advance a political goal.
3) The actions are targeted at a limited number of people in order to influence a wider audience of ordinary people and/or public decision makers.
4) The actions intentionally kill innocent people.
Civil war is not terrorism (you can easily cross check with my definition above). Crusades were because 1) they were performing violent actions 4) against innocent people 3) to make an example of them 2) in order to align everyone's belief with that of the state -- and you are absolutely fine with that?!

Do any of you want to help fallen with basic history?
-or-
do you want to try again on your own?
hint: First Look up The names I gave and what war they fought in. Then take the time to look up all of the things those guys did to start a war with King and country. Finally check everything off your list and then add the social and ecconomic toll thier actions took on the country they 'terrorized.'

Cop-out.
I am asking to you to address, specifically, the "Kill The Gays" bill in Uganda, and explain why Jesus sees fit to allow this to happen. What is his intent?
Ohhh that's what we are talking about.
Have you even read the ugandan law?
Here is a wiki run down of it:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uganda_Anti...ality_Bill
It is only a death sentence for gay people who rape the disabled, kids, those who knowingly spread Aids, or those or are caught repeatly trying to do one or more of these things.
The artical I found on wiki say 38 out of 53 african countries outlaw homosexuality in similar ways. So what is the big deal about uganda? It is the 'christian country' out of the lot, that evangelicals have sided with. (which btw do not have or maintain a following in uganda.. as their seems to be a shortage "southern white people" in uganda.)
To which, want you to back to what i have already said. (that you labled a copout.) That things like 'witch hunts' are cultural, at their core. These type of acts are based in ignorance and fear. neither are a sin in of themselves. Christ allows us to work out our fears and ignorance even if it leads to sin on our own. To do otherwise would negate freewill.
Soo, back to the orginal answer I gave you: "That it is not. (otherwise spelled out in the post where I spell all of this out.)"
My fault for being unclear. perhaps i should have told you to simply substitute "witch hunt" for anti gay legislation, or whatever sin is being commited in the name of christ.
