Never too late?
It was too late for him the moment he became a murderer. Genocide is just walking further and further down that road, though the punishment should be the same regardless: Lock him in a dark, windowless 6x6x6 room, feed him gruel and water and let his toilet bowl be a bucket that gets changed once a week. As should be the fate of all subhuman pieces of shit like this guy. I don't give a fuck if he converted to christianity and then stopped his psychotic bullshit, where the fuck was Jesus and god while this asshole was butchering people by the thousands?? He can convert to whatever silly fairy-tale myth he wants; far as I'm concerned he can still rot in the darkest pit we can make him dig for himself.
