By my standards, I don't like speaking in absolutes. So, no, I'm not going to say someone is completely without possibility of redemption.
However, by Biblical standards it's a little different. Mark 3:28-29 says "28 Truly I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter, 29 but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin."
Interesting little gem of wisdom for Biblical morality, ain't it? Kill, rape, steal, whatever you do, it can be forgiven. Talk shit about the Holy Spirit and you're history. At least God's consistant here; he spends most the Old Testament letting his chosen people slaughter whoever they feel like and just gets pissed when they kiss the backside of another deity.
