If the UW physicists think they have found a way to validate the Lattice, it's up to them to demonstrate it and have their evidence and methodology evaluated. Were someone to come up with a similar methodology to validate theistic evolution, they'd be held to precisely the same standards. Until such experimental methods and the data gathered thereby have been demonstrated, any speculation about it is just the flapping of gums.
