This is going round on the islamic forums, some of them blame the zionist controlled media for reporting this, a lot of them dont believe its true but say if it is true the person should be punished.

One of their signs is to refer to kufr "human rights" legal experts when addressing Shariah, or any legal issue of a Muslim country, rather than referring to a Muslim legal authority.
