Definitely explore some Buddhisty philosophy...

You know, get into all that Zenny, Tao, Tai-Chi, Yoga, eastern nonsense, lucid dreaming and meditating and whatnot...

It may not provide absolute objective truth, but could satisfy enough universal wisdom of cause and effect and how to achieve less suffering.
