The only one I can think of wasn't actually my mistake and I'm not entirely convinced it was even a mistake, at least in the accidental sense, given what I know of the person concerned. Basically, my darling Princess had a couple of photos of me, well part of me, on her phone and somehow her Mum and sisters got to see them. Fortunately, they didn't show my face.
