At what point do you think it becomes human? What was it before that?
Human beings must, by definition, be separate individuals. Fetuses depend on and reside inside of a mother. They do not gain the status of human being by virtue of living inside the body of another human being.
Therefore, by that logic, it becomes a true human being when it no longer needs to depend on the nutrients inside the mother/reside in the mother.
