I wouldn't expect you to argue for the worst theist response, the kind that seeks to infantilize mankind in relationship to their deity. And you haven't, but you also haven't answered my question.

I'm not sure if you believe in a personal god, but if you do, what I am wondering is what you think that god wants for you? I think you have answered what god wants of you. Or don't you think that's a separate question?

Maybe it just means he wants everyone to get along. Not that this was particularily obvious when he had his followers rip pregnant women open and smash babies' heads on rocks in the OT...
