Sweden probably says the most, it had the most liberal imigration policies. And following that has turned into the nation in Europe where most rapes occur. With 85% of all rapes being commited by imigrants or the offspring of imigrants from non western countries.
First of all, where did you find these stats? I can´t find it even on SCB (Statistiska CentralByrån compiles official stats for the swedish government). Please post your source, it would be interesting to read.
Secondly, the increased number of rapes reported in Sweden, probably has something to do with the fact that the rape laws was changed in 2005. The new laws widened the definition of rape to include crimes that didn´t previously fall under the rape category.

You don´t have a problem with immigration as long as they don´t come from the middle east or northern Africa, is that what you are saying? Many immigrants in Sweden who come from these countries are actually not muslims, and that is the reason why they had to emigrate in the first place. To judge people based on their origin, and not on their values is nothing more than plain racism.
