I should have stated, "in Germany". I was motivated to open this thread after recent develpoments here, including attacks on journalists, attacks on police officers, attacks on unvailed women, foiled terror attacks, foiled assasination attempts, disregard for court rulings and some districts of mayor cities becoming unsafe for unvailed women to enter.
Muslims in Germany (and elsewhere in Europe) have for a long time been playing a "race card" when confronted with critizism, in order to appeal to the Europeans fear of being racist due to the continents past.
Thereby Europeans have been giving muslims a blank check, leaving an enormous part of the muslim community acting outside of the legal relaim without fearing legal consequences.
