Hmmmm, salteated(dunno the english term) mushrooms with bacon (Yes BACON!). Grab a frying pan and put in just enough olive oil to permeate the bottom of the pan, fire it up to a boil and add sliced mushrooms and bacon in cubes, stirr it untill the bacon is ready, add peper to taste (no salt needed, bacon already has enough salt) and serve. I usually do that as an appetizer, but give me a dish of that, some bread and a lettuce + tomato + onion salad and I got a meal
