The reason I mentioned Pharisee, you are being dogmatic with this, the commandments God gives are to man with the knowledge that man will find himself in difficult situations that require love to be part of his action. God is omniscient He understands our motives.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
