Of course that shouldn't be allowed to get pregnant (I assume you mean deliberately and that they'd keep it?) and get married. They're too young to be ruining their lives with life-long commitments and shit. Not to mention how dangerous pregnancy and childbirth can be for a 9 year old. How exactly is a 9 year old supposed to be able to afford a child, anyway?
I don't think it should be illegal for 9 year old kids to have sex with other kids of a similar age as long as they do so safely with condoms, and are educated enough about sex to understand what they are doing.
