Of course, as Dotard explained, just because it's illegal doesn't mean it doesn't happen and it's hard to pursue a case without hard evidence.
Maybe I am missing something. I was under the impression that Dotard did service work for individuals that would call him and he would give estimates for work to be done and then contract with the individual when the estimate has been accepted. Like HVAC work or something.
If that is the case, I do not think there is any law that says that the individual cannot choose which estimate to go with based on religion. If you think I am wrong here, please provide the statute. Note, there is a big difference between the laws that govern employers and what happens in the situation I noted above.
