I would tend to agree with this assessment.If this someone who gets it because I blaspheme gave him-/herself freely, then it's not a sin on my part, I actually did them a favour. But I doubt they would be "smitten" because they enjoy it (*), I think God is just a bit passive agressive and lets it out on someone his own strength, so some poor turd gets stepped on when I blaspheme... shocking
